A Botanical Experience, Reserved Just for You!
At Studio 11:25, each appointment is intentionally reserved to offer you a peaceful, uninterrupted experience. Last-minute changes impact our schedule and availability for other guests. We kindly ask that you review the policy below:
📌 Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit, as this time was reserved especially for you.
🚷 No-Shows
If you do not arrive and do not contact us, this is considered a no-show. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited and full prepayment may be required to secure any future appointments.
💵 Deposits
To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required at booking. This deposit is applied toward your service total at checkout.
🕊 Grace Policy
We recognize that unexpected things can occur. In the event of a true emergency, please reach out directly. At our discretion, we may extend a one-time courtesy rebooking.
💨 Blow Dry & Styling
Studio 11:25 does not offer blow drying or the use of hot tools. However, with proper notice, we can coordinate with a hairstylist within the salon suites for these services. Please note that their service fees will apply separately.
